Producent oprogramowania Fortinet zaprezentował najnowszy update systemu dla urządzeń FortiSwitch o oznaczeniu FortiSwitchOS 7.4.2, który zawiera wiele poprawek i nowości. Nowa wersja pozwala niektórym modelom na przypisywanie 240 lub 480 adresów MAC do sieci VLAN. Zmianom uległa również konfiguracja monitora łączy w GUI i CLI. Poprawki rozwiązują problemy z wydajnością śledzenia DHCP w modelach FS-1xxE i FS-1xxF, poprawiona została stabilność pracy urządzeń np.
